FISCHER PS ADVISORY LLC, operating as Fischer Professional Services Advisory ("we," "us," or "our"), uses information provided through this website, email, and consultation bookings to respond to inquiries and manage business relationships.

Information we handle
When you contact us, we receive information you provide, such as your name, work email, company, project interests, and correspondence. When you book a consultation, we receive booking details, scheduling information, and information you provide during scheduling.
Hosting, security, and website-resource providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and requested pages to deliver and protect their services.
Please do not submit confidential client or vendor materials, passwords, financial-account information, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
How we use information
We use inquiry and booking information to respond, assess whether our services fit your needs, schedule and manage meetings, maintain relevant business records, and address security or legal matters. We may contact you about your inquiry or to arrange another time after a missed consultation.
Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing mailing list. You can ask us to stop optional follow-up by replying to our email.
Service providers and external links
We use the following services to operate our website and handle inquiries:
- Cloudflare for website hosting and security.
- Formspree to process and store inquiry submissions and deliver notifications to us.
- Microsoft for email, consultation bookings, and workflow tools.
- Google Fonts and third-party content delivery networks for fonts and styling resources on some pages. Requests for these resources can disclose technical request information to those providers.
Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Their own processing is described in their applicable terms and privacy notices. Following a link to Microsoft Bookings, LinkedIn, or another external service takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or respond to a security incident.
Tracking and communications
We do not use advertising pixels or visitor-identification tools to identify anonymous website visitors for email outreach. Technical processing by our hosting, security, and resource providers still occurs as described above; this is not a promise that third-party services never use cookies or collect technical data.
If we introduce an optional email resource or mailing list, subscribing will be a separate, voluntary choice with a way to unsubscribe.
Retention
We retain information for the purposes described above, taking account of the relationship, recordkeeping needs, legal obligations, and provider retention settings. Retention periods vary by record type and purpose. Contact us to request deletion; applicable legal obligations and backup retention may limit immediate removal of some records.
Your choices
You can contact ryan@fischerpsadvisory.com to ask about information we hold, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up. Depending on where you live and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify a request and may retain information when required or permitted by law. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically arrange a secure verification method.
Security and updates
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We may update this notice as our practices change and will show the effective date of the updated notice.
