Implementation health
Review agreed scope, milestones, dependencies, governance, and decision ownership. Identify gaps between the intended outcomes and the plan to deliver them.
For organizations implementing SaaS
An experienced advisor on your side of the table.
Surface delivery risks, challenge assumptions, and prepare your organization to adopt the platform. Work directly with Ryan Fischer to understand where the implementation needs attention—and what to do next.
Discuss your implementation →For executive sponsors, business leaders, and internal implementation owners who need an independent perspective before a major milestone, when delivery confidence slips, or when adoption is lagging.
This is customer-side advisory, not an assessment of your internal professional services organization. If you lead a SaaS PS team, explore our PS optimization and execution engagements.
A focused checkpoint review
Review agreed scope, milestones, dependencies, governance, and decision ownership. Identify gaps between the intended outcomes and the plan to deliver them.
Pressure-test the implementation approach and progress evidence. Receive constructive questions and recommendations for your vendor discussions, including where customer-side decisions may be slowing delivery.
Assess process ownership, stakeholder engagement, training plans, readiness criteria, and post-launch measures. Connect the technical milestone to the way people will actually work.
What you take away
A written assessment and executive readout turn the review into decisions your team can act on. Findings distinguish the evidence reviewed from assumptions and information still needed.
01 / SCOPE
Define the implementation, phase, review questions, available evidence, and stakeholder access. Documents, interviews, meetings, timing, and fees are agreed before work begins.
02 / REVIEW
Ryan reviews the agreed materials and speaks with designated stakeholders. The assessment considers both vendor delivery and your organization’s readiness and responsibilities.
03 / ACT
Use the executive readout to prioritize action. Optional ongoing advisory can support later checkpoints through a separately agreed monthly scope and meeting cadence.
Ryan Fischer, PMP brings 15+ years of enterprise technology and services experience, including leadership roles at Freshworks, Planview, and Teleopti/Calabrio.
His perspective connects delivery governance, commercial commitments, organizational change, and customer value. Platform fit and any need for specialist technical expertise are discussed before engagement.
Meet Ryan Fischer →The engagement represents the customer’s interests. Relevant vendor relationships and potential conflicts are reviewed before work begins. Fischer will not advise a vendor and independently assess that vendor’s work for its customer on the same implementation.
No. This is advisory review, not daily project management, staff augmentation, configuration, technical testing, or an audit or certification. Your team and implementation partner retain responsibility for decisions and delivery. The review does not guarantee that all risks will be identified or that implementation outcomes will be achieved.
An accountable customer sponsor, agreed project materials, and access to relevant stakeholders. You arrange permission to share vendor materials and involve the implementation partner where appropriate. Findings are limited to the scope and evidence available.
No. This is a separate engagement for SaaS customers. The Optimization Sprint and Execution Partnership serve leaders improving their own professional services organizations.
