The right starting point

You have a roadmap. Now make it operational.

This partnership is for SaaS PS leaders with an agreed improvement plan, a committed executive sponsor, and internal owners who can implement changes. Focus on margin and utilization, scalability and operating model, or delivery efficiency and governance.

Need to diagnose the issues first? Start with the $6,000 Optimization Sprint. It produces the roadmap in six weeks. The $18,000 partnership then supports the following 90 days. Purchased sequentially, the two engagements total $24,000. An existing roadmap can also be reviewed for fit before contracting.

More than a weekly check-in

Working support where progress gets stuck.

Refine the operating changes

Review and refine up to six agreed operating artifacts, such as a capacity-planning template, delivery governance checklist, or change-control process.

One consolidated revision round per artifact. Artifact size and complexity are agreed in the statement of work; system builds and configuration are excluded.

Keep action accountable

Use 12 weekly 60-minute working sessions to review progress, pressure-test decisions, and resolve barriers. Maintain an action tracker with owners, milestones, dependencies, and decisions.

Between-session email guidance is included, with responses within two business days. Additional meetings require separate agreement.

Measure and course-correct

Review a KPI scorecard against the agreed baseline. Three additional 60-minute leadership reviews, around Days 30, 60, and 90, surface progress, risks, and decisions.

Finish with a written progress assessment and recommended priorities for the next quarter.

The 90-day rhythm

Mobilize. Advance. Sustain.

  1. DAYS 01–30

    Mobilize the plan

Confirm initiative owners, validate the baseline, sequence milestones, and begin reviewing the first operating changes.

  2. DAYS 31–60

    Advance and adjust

Review what your team is putting into practice, refine the agreed tools, and address dependencies and decision bottlenecks.

  3. DAYS 61–90

    Assess and sustain

Evaluate progress against the baseline, identify remaining gaps, and hand over the next-quarter priorities and ongoing ownership.

A partner to your team.
Not a replacement for it.

Ryan provides advisory support, review, and accountability. Your team supplies timely data, prepares working materials, makes decisions, and implements changes. The engagement does not guarantee completion of every initiative or a specific financial result.

What is outside the fixed fee?

Hands-on implementation, system configuration, staff augmentation, daily project management, extensive data remediation, travel, and work beyond the agreed initiatives or artifacts. Scope changes require written agreement.

How does payment work?

$6,000 at kickoff, $6,000 at Day 30, and $6,000 at Day 60. The total commitment is $18,000 for 90 days, not a cancel-anytime monthly subscription. Dates, scheduling, and final terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement.

Is the sprint fee credited toward this engagement?

No. The $6,000 sprint covers diagnosis and planning. The $18,000 partnership is separate support for execution. Both together total $24,000; the partnership does not repeat or charge again for the sprint assessment.
